As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email or an SMS within 24 hours. This email will provide you the SHIPPING DATE

If your shipping date is MONDAY. On MONDAY NIGHT you will receive an email that your order has been shipped. Shipping means the courier has picked up your package.

FOR EXAMPLE: You paid Sunday, your shipping date will be Monday, this means you will receive the tracking thru email by Monday night. 

We ship Monday to Friday excluding holidays and Sundays. Pay today, Ship tomorrow policy!

We ensure proper packaging so that items your Kally handbags arrives to you in mint conditions therefore we carefully handle and manually wrap it! 

DELIVERY CHARGES

The delivery charge may change without prior notice depending on the charges applied by the courier.

The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, one cannot return the goods nor ask for a refund or exchange once a sale in done and the product has no defect.
Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase. subject to all other terms and conditions in this policy.
1. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
2. Giftcards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for in-store purchase) will be refunded to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
If the defect is due to mishandling on the part of the buyer, one cannot return the item and demand and exchange or refund. The prohibition covers only factory defects.
