1. How to know if the items if the bags that I am getting has inclusions or accessories?

- Each product has its own description, it will indicate whether a certain product has freebies or if a certain product does not include accessories. 

If it has "Accessories are sold separately" it means it doesn't include accessories.

Ex. 

  • Each item or product in our catalogue has captions, it will indicate whether a certain product has freebies or if a certain product does not include accessories. See example below:

Example1: Heather, on the details and caption you can see that freebies are indicated, meaning the price already includes the accessories

 

2. How to order and where to find the onhand stocks?

All products posted are onhand unless otherwise stated. Each product indicates if it is sold out or still available. We don't accept pre-orders at the mean time.


Please take note that if a certain item is 1 or 2 pieces left, it might be sold out in the showroom because of pick up customers. If that happens, we will let you know that the item must be changed. So please enter a valid email address.

3. Where can I enter my discount code?

Discount codes can be applied upon checkout. Only 1 discount code is applicable.

 

4. What if the bag I like is currently sold-out when is the restock? 

You can send us an email if you wanted to be informed that the bag you like is now available at thekallybags@gmail.com with the subject "Name of Bag - Restock"

All product once sold out will be reproduced. Stocks are fast moving so once posted on our website, order it immediately. Once sold out reproduction will take 5-6 weeks and we will be posting it first on our instagram/facebook page. 

Just a tip, like our FB page and click on "see first" button so that you will be updated on facebook everytime we post new products.

Whenever we have NEW STOCKS we post it both on our Facebook/Instagram and Website.

 

5. What if we want to have our own brand and customize bags?

6. I want to sell Kally bags!

10. How long does shipping take to arrive?

International shipping would take up to 7 days. Note that holidays and Sundays are not included.
